Danny brings over 38 years of construction experience to the community. The details in each home and the community space reflect his commitment to quality and longevity. Unlike corporate-run properties, Danny isn’t off-site or hard to reach—he’s on-site, involved, and maintains one-on-one relationships with each tenant. When something needs attention, he’s the one handling it!

Vanessa, Realtor & Leasing Manager

Vanessa manages leasing and resident communication for The Reserve and its sister community, Cascade Pointe in Saline. With a background in real estate and over a year of hands-on experience in the family business, she provides clear communication and timely support every step of the way. Her goal is to make the leasing process smooth and stress-free for residents while always being available to answer questions or address concerns.
